Here's something that'll fit perfectly within the Bond universe: a patio that transforms into a swimming pool at the click of a button. No need to look any further for something that'll go well with that?fancy morphing table in the?mansion of your dreams.

The pool is equipped with a mechanism that controls its tile cover: Lower it to flood the space with water when you want to swim or lift it up to create room for a summer barbecue with friends. You can even control how deep you want the water to be, which is perfect if you have kids. Pool-loving, belly-flopping grown-ups don't need to worry, though, as it?has a maximum depth of 6'.

Stefan Kanetis came up with the pool's design when his arthritic mother was advised by a doctor to exercise in a body of water. Now,?Stefan's company can customize one for your home ? if you're willing to pay 20% to 30% more than what an in-ground pool will cost you, that is.

Interested? You'll have to contact the company for an accurate quote, but here's a starting point: A typical in-ground house pool?could cost anywhere from $25,000 to $50,000, which can only mean that this patio-pool hybrid requires deep pockets.

'Sanford & Son' actor Graham Brown dies at 87 (omg!)

ENGLEWOOD, New Jersey (AP) ? Graham Brown, who appeared on stage at London's Globe Theatre and on television in "Sanford & Son" has died in New Jersey. He was 87.

Barbara Montgomery often appeared with Brown on the stage and had power of attorney on his behalf. She says he died Tuesday of pulmonary failure at the Lillian Booth Actors' Fund Nursing Home in Englewood.

Montgomery says Brown was meticulous and was a gentleman.

Brown often appeared in stage productions of the New York-based Negro Ensemble Company and was a founding member of the Guthrie Theater in Minneapolis.

He played a school principal on the 1970s sitcom "Sanford & Son" and a judge on "Law & Order." He also had roles in movies including "Malcolm X," ''Clockers" and "The Muppets Take Manhattan."

Movie Scores: How the critics rated the new movies (AP)

Critics have chosen to accept their latest mission from Tom Cruise, giving "Mission: Impossible ? Ghost Protocol" strong reviews in its opening weekend.

The fourth film in the action franchise, directed by Brad Bird ("The Incredibles") this time, finds Cruise's Ethan Hunt disavowed by his secret agency. So the superspy must stop a global nuclear terrorist with no official help and a ragtag crew consisting of Simon Pegg, Jeremy Renner and Paula Patton.

AP Movie Writer David Germain gave it three stars out of four, saying: "Granted, this is the real world, `M:I'-style, where Cruise's missions and stunts truly are impossible by the laws of physics and normal, plausible storytelling constraints. But Bird applies the anything-can-happen limitlessness of cartoons and just goes for it, creating some thrilling, dizzying, amazing action sequences."

Another sequel, "Sherlock Holmes: A Game of Shadows," finds Robert Downey Jr. and Jude Law reteaming as the intrepid detective and his sidekick, Dr. Watson. AP Movie Critic Christy Lemire gave it just one and a half stars, saying: "Director Guy Ritchie once again applies his revisionist approach to Arthur Conan Doyle's classic literary character, infusing the film with his trademark, hyperkinetic aesthetic and turning the renowned detective into a wisecracking butt-kicker. But what seemed clever and novel the first time around now feels stale and tired."

On the other end of the artistic spectrum is "Alvin and the Chipmunks: Chipwrecked." The third film in the family friendly series finds Alvin, Simon, Theodore and the gang stuck on a remote island. AP Entertainment Writer Jake Coyle wrote: "Like the earlier two, `Chipwrecked' is full of the cheapest kind of pop culture references. Here is Alvin aping James Bond with a tail `shaken, not stirred,' a suggestion to follow the Chipmunks on `Critter' and, gulp, a Charlie Sheen-ism of `winning.'" He gave the movie one and a half stars.

San Francisco-based?Liftopia, an online retailer of lift tickets and mountain resort?activities, is launching its iPhone app today. The app's title is quite the mouthful: "Liftopia Ski Reports, Snow Conditions and Ultimate Lift Ticket Deal Engine App." Whoa! So there's the news, I guess - it's all in the app's name.
